As far as I am concerned – I can testify this for German Auto brands - they are the most experienced Auto Repair Service in the wider Greenville, NC area. I originate from Germany and dealt with may Auto Repair Service over there in the past. Whalen and his team of specialists could easily match up with any of them when it comes to expertise, integrity, and professionalism! Expertise and Professionalism are some of Import Services strong points. To start with, time over time they diagnosed my car’s problem(s) quick and correctly, communicated with me upfront about the cost and subsequently only repair what is needed or I agree to. Compare it to a doctor’s visit: Making a correct diagnosis is in my opinion the most important part. In case of a car it potentially already saves you a big deal of money!

I was totally surprised there was a shop in Greenville, NC that works on all imports from BMW, Ferrari, Mercedes, Maserati, Audi and every other import you can imagine.
