They are great at communication, friendly and work quick. I was in for an oil change with my 2024 Volkswagen GTI at 8 am, and made it to my 9am class. Great people.Posted on Jeremy JordanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve got a high mileage Mercedes GL320 diesel that I LOVE. Recently started feeling a touch of torque converter shudder. I do most of my own car work (which is handy if you’re going to drive a high mileage European import) so I knew I wanted a transmission fluid/filter service as the first step to try to address the problem. They got me in fast for the service at a fraction of the cost of taking it to Raleigh to Leith and didn’t try to upsell other services. After the service the shudder is gone and now I have a trusted local option for when I can’t or just don’t want to do it myself.Posted on Scott JohnsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an issue with by 2018 BMW 330i. At intermittent times, coolant would steam out from the pressure release cap of the coolant reservoir. I took it to Deacon Jones BMW in Kinston, and they had no idea what was going on. They changed the reservoir cap, flushed my brakes and told me to keep driving to see if it would happen again. They couldn’t duplicate the issue. I called them again with the same issue two days later and they said “we’ll call you when the loaner car comes back so we can dig deeper.” Never… heard… from.. them… again. I even called once and they basically dismissed me, saying that Jose would call me, but never… heard… anything… Enter Import Services. I reached out to them on a recommendation from my friend Max. I dropped it off, and a day later they stated the same thing. They couldn’t duplicate the issue. But changed the thermo and water pump because that needed to be changed anyway. Maybe that would fix the issue? I drove it off the lot, and it happened again not even 30 minutes later. I left a voicemail for them. The owner, Waylon approached me when I brought it back in. He told me that when a car leaves their lot, it does NOT come back, at least for the same problem. That’s when I knew I was dealing with a man of integrity. And I don’t give that compliment lightly. Over the next month or so (yes month or so) the car needed to go back a couple of times because implemented fixes but the problem persisted. Waylon himself mentioned that he didn’t know what the difference was between me driving it and him, because he could never replicate the issue. Having tried everything they can think of they reached out to BMW international. BMW told them what tests to do. They did them. And lo and behold! I believe it was a cylinder cap that was broken in the TURBO when it kicked in. When anyone from the shop drove it, they took care of it (and rightfully so. That’s a good practice). But BMW basically told them to gas it. Theeeeeen the issue was replicated. SO… the means I have a lead foot… anyway… They implemented the fix, but I was very direct. I told them that after they fix it and when they’re testing it, I did NOT want them to go easy on it. They definitely didn’t, and tested it appropriately. I can now say that my car has not gone back for that issue. This was a problem that BMW international only had a handful of at most every year. Waylon and his team persisted, and did everything they could to figure out what was wrong with it so it could be fixed. They provided me with transportation so I could keep working even while it was in the shop. They credited me for a repair that was done they didn’t solve the problem. I’m forever grateful to Waylon, Bill and the rest of the team. I’m sold on this Import Repair Shop. Let them service your import. You will be too.Posted on Meredith Perdue DavisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough great things about this business. I have had two major issues with my 2017 Volvo. In both instances, they were able to accommodate me on short notice and diagnose the issue efficiently and accurately. Bill has been great to work with. If you are looking for a shop that is honest, convenient, and knowledgeable, look no further! Highly recommend.Posted on Brock HarrisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had only ever taken my 2019 MB GLC300 to the dealership for scheduled services but decided to try Import Services now that my vehicle is out of warranty. I called on Monday and Bill was able to get me in at noon on Tuesday! From start to finish Bill kept me informed and really put my mind at ease while explaining the results of various post-service inspections (tires, brakes, etc). I completely understand why Import Services was voted 2025 #1 in Pitt County for foreign auto shops. I’ll definitely be back - thank you!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
